He has a strong belief in partnering with companies and hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and employment branding that directly impacts the bottom line.

Prathap Dendi is President, COO at Gem. Having started his career in HR Tech and ERP, Prathap has over 20 years of leadership experience across businesses ranging from startups to large-cap public companies. At Gem, Prathap’s team partners deeply with talent acquisition leaders at some of the most innovative, hypergrowth brands as they build diverse, talented teams. Prior to Gem, Prathap was General Manager for AppDynamics Business iQ, where he helped extend its market-leading application intelligence solutions to the next frontiers of digital transformation and eventual Cisco acquisition.
