Currently Fabio is responsible for Assicurazioni Generali’s Group HR platforms and drive the HR Digital Transformation roadmap in collaboration with the HR leadership team. He has developed a deep experience on HR IS strategic initiatives in previous experiences working for Allianz Technology and for a leading Strategic Consulting firm

Dr. Dieter Veldsman, Group Human Capital Executive, Momentum Metropolitan

Dr Dieter Veldsman is a registered organisational psychologist with a key focus on organisational development, people analytics, people effectiveness and organisational design. He is currently the Group Executive: People and Organisational Effectiveness at Momentum Metropolitan Group, a multi-national financial services provider with a footprint in Africa, the United Kingdom and India.

Tom Haak, Director, HR Trend Institute

Tom is also the chief curator of The Museum of HR and since the beginning of 2020 he is distinguished visiting professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey, one of the leading business schools in Mexico. Tom is considered to be one of the leading global HR thought leaders. Tom has an extensive experience in HR Management in multinational companies. He worked in senior HR positions at Fugro, Arcadis, Aon, KPMG and Philips Electronics. Tom has a keen interest in innovative HR, HR tech and how organizations can benefit from trend shifts.

Allie Boddington, Executive Director – HR Transformation, Oracle

Allie has over 20 years’ experience in Retail HR roles in Sainsbury’s, WHSmith and most recently Marks and Spencer. Her latest role at M&S was as Head of HR supporting the Executive Directors for the Support Centre including Strategy and Transformation, Data, Digital and IT. Prior to that role she lead an HR Transformation programme for M&S which included delivery of a new HR Operating Model, as well as securing investment to upgrade the HR Technology to Cloud. Oracle Cloud HCM was selected and is in implementation phase at M&S today. Allie became interested in an HR career when on the Graduate Management scheme at Sainsbury’s and more recently she has developed a passion for improving the value HR delivers as a key driver for organizational success.
