Lionel Obuchowski, Director Product Manager and Support for HR Systems and HR Analytics at GSK

Lionel has 20 years experience in HR Technologies and is specialized in Talent Management. Over the course of these 20 years, his main focus has been excellent employee experience and employee satisfaction. He’s worked across various industries and has been now working for more than 7 years in the life science industry at GSK. In his last position, Lionel has helped the Global HR Learning & Development team at GSK create a learning culture and embed learning as a fundamental behavior with each GSK employee.

Jan Meyer, SVP & Head of Learning Systems, SAP

Jan Meyer is the Global Head of Learning Systems at SAP. He has driven SAP’s learning strategy development and execution to ensure that professionals, who implement SAP solutions, can easily develop and maintain their skills on SAP’s latest innovations and that users working with SAP applications are enabled to reach high levels of adoption and performance to realize maximum value out of SAP technology and applications. Working in the field of tech learning for over 20 years, he has learned the business from the ground up as an instructor and course developer. Throughout his career, Jan has delivered award-winning innovation in the field of tech learning. He has recently been appointed Global Head of Learning Systems at SAP missioned and mandated to redefine learning experience @ SAP.
