Unleash Your People Global leaders in HR navigate through the pros and cons of remote working and share golden nuggets on how they have made it work for their organizations.

Has your remote working story been one of isolation and disconnection, or has it been one of connectivity and engagement? Has it involved employee overworking and burnout, or has it given your workforce a new sense of flexibility and freedom, giving rise to efficiency and productivity?

The world has witnessed the largest remote working experiment its ever seen over the last 12 months as it has been tried and tested by almost every organisation globally. But has it worked and do the benefits outweigh the cons in reality? Ultimately, will it have a significant place in the post-pandemic world? The answer to the debate is far from simple but it is of paramount importance that HR navigates the pros and cons to work out what is right for their company and what strategy they will offer their employees in the future.

This panel will bring together HR leaders with different experiences of remote working and examine the technologies that have helped and hindered the engagement and productivity of the distributed workforce.

Topics to be discussed:

  • How has COVID-19 supercharged the world of work and the talent market?
  • Creating a unified experience that is easy for employees to use.
  • Replicating the office, when there is no office.
  • Encouraging employee interactions in the virtual space.
