Jennifer Candee:

Jennifer is Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand for Mondelez International. She leads the global TA COE organisation, consisting of circa 300 TA professionals across America, Europe and AMEA.

For 10 years prior, Jennifer was Global Head of Talent Acquisition for SABMiller, the second largest global brewer at the time. She is one of the ‘Top 20 UK Recruiting Pioneers’, ’11 Most Influential UK Resourcing Leaders (Recruiter Magazine 2013, 2015, 2019) and was profiled in Changeboard magazine (2015) and Recruiter Magazine (2019).
